Eagan Heights Apartments

Great community with a clean and well-maintained environment! Maintenance is quick, and the staff is very friendly and helpful :) Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!!

Living at Eagan Heights has been a better experience than I could ever imagine. The building is nice and new, quiet, extremely well kept and there are great amenities that are actually used. I rent a bedroom+den unit which has been the perfect amount of space. The people living here are all somehow very nice and courteous and the staff is incredible. They host ongoing optional social events that helps build a sense of community here - if that's what you're looking for. Maintenance is also friendly and quick to respond to any and all issues. The location is also great - there is a lot of shopping extremely close, good walking/running/biking paths as well and it's easy to get all around the metro area.

The person who toured me was way too rushed, appearing unprofessional. They pushed me into paying for a $500 deposit when I wasnt sure. $300 for the performance deposit which does NOT say it's nonrefundable. The only thing that states is nonrefundable is the $200 administrative fee. Apparently, I am now past "the 72 hours" to be issued a refund which is their terms and conditions. The property wasnt that nice and the views were awful. I would NOT recommend moving here!! There are many nicer places in the area that have availability with the same price point and much better views with nicer amenities and management that don't rush people and appear unprofessional. Do not let them rush you!!

Easy process to move in, from start to finish. Leasing office is great and very helpful.

Service is always great and very timely. The only thing I've previously mentioned is that the technician should leave a slip to indicate the service performed. That's the only issue is not knowing that someone has been inside the apartment. Thank you for considering this option.
