Woodlands Apartments

Do not live here. These people are ruthless. Charge you monthly for pest control, was there from Aug 25 to February 26 and only seen pest control twice. I was mislead from the beginning. I was told the rent would be 1475 and noticed on the lease it said 1600.00 I asked questions to Angela and she stated it was her mistake that the rent was 1600.00 They went through 4 people in the office in that time span Rent on website is not correct. It says 1475.00 I was getting charged 1600.00 a month. They tried charging me over 300.00 for prior tenets electric bill and I showed them proof of when I got my electric turned on on many occasions via email, actual paper and still wanted me to pay it. I refused then It so happened I was scammed out of over 2100.00 in the month of January and went directl

This small apartment community is the best I’ve experienced so far & I’m very impressed! Since 2013, I’ve lived most of my adult life hopping one rental homes to another. I only recently moved into my apt & I really appreciate the quiet atmosphere this community has. Not to mention how friendly & welcoming the staff was to me.

I lived in unit 22 for a year, my experience was horrible, I had one problem after another from blockages, power outages and the maintenance staff took a long time to arrive, this video is a sample of how I left the apartment, and the photo is the temperature it reached inside, I was like that for the last two months of my contract paying very high electricity bills and they didn't want to fix the air, finally I am waiting for my deposit check which hasn't arrived yet, I hope they send it to me soon, I have called the office several times but the phone seems to be disconnected.

I was looking for an apartment for myself and 3 kids. I looked forever and finally found the Woodlands apartments! It was a perfect suite for our family. The whole staff are very friendly treat you more like family than a customer. I highly suggest these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Me and my friends used to live in apartments in Ingleside, TX. I personally was living in Woodlands Apartments for years on a lease and I can vouch for their compassionate management. Their apartments are clean, peaceful, and overall a good place to live. I have made lifelong friends and shared countless memories in Woodlands. Can't recommend them enough!
