The Parc at Ingleside Apartments

Great experience and an absolute blessing of an apartment I can't thank Vanessa enough for all of the help and work on her end to get me in the place if new to the ingleside tx area and need an apartment I highly recommend this complex

DO NOT move here my rent started off as 1514 and for the past few months they have added an additional 100 dollars I have had a water leak for over two months and have emailed them and called them several times and they still haven’t fixed it, my car has been hit several times in the parking lot and when I addressed it to the apartment staff, they said there was nothing they could do about it and I mean my car has been hit about six times it’s just way too much money for those apartments and for some reason, they just keep charging more and more and at this point, I’ll probably have to buy a new car before my lease ends. HOW MANY MAINTENANCE REQUEST DO I NEED TO PUT in , and it’s not the maintenance man’s fault maybe I’ll need to hire more maintenance people. Yes y’all charge for everythin

I have recently moved out of The Parc. I lived there for two years while I worked in Ingleside Tx. I have nothing but good to say about both the management and the maintenance. Both the manager and assistant manager were helpful with getting insurance, electricity, etc. The property was only a year or two old when I moved in, so maintenance wasn’t really an issue, but the couple of minor issues were resolved quickly. The grounds were always clean. Trash pickup was on time. If the job had not ended, I would still be living there.

Maintenance sucks here in December 2024. Got told they’re going to fix my AC. We are in February 2025 still can’t get my AC fixed. They brought me a ac portable unit. What sucks about it my window Has to stay open at all times. You can hear all the cars go by all day long. the room is the only one that stays cool the rest of the apartment not at all I was wondering if we can charge the $75 late maintenance and $10 a day for each day that goes by without having ac

I lived at the Parc @ Ingleside for 2 1/2 years and I had a great experience. Things are never perfect when living in any complex; however, the management is top notch: accommodating, kind, and very quick in responses. Vanessa and Belinda are awesome! Same can be said for maintenance. Not sure I ever waiting more than a couple of hours for any request. I only had minor issues and never emergency. Great people and great location. Highly recommend.
