The reasons for closing the pool have become ridiculous. The office closed the pool all Memorial Weekend , then comes fourth of July holiday and the pool was closed once again all weekend, citing that there were problems over Memorial weekend so choice to close the pool for the 4th was necessary. What problems arose from the pool Memorial weekend if the dang thing wasn't even open! Rent has gone up each year , no new amenities, security gate is still broken and yet we are required to pay rent in a timely manner and then have to put up with the above . Make it make sense!.

I spent a year and a half living at the complex. I had an excellent experience with the office and maintenance staff. The complex was quiet and the apartment was brand new. It appeared as though it hadn’t been lived in. The amenities were great. Nice pool and cooking area for the residents. Very little trouble from other residents. I would highly recommend it if you need a place to live. I was in town working at a local project.

After touring the property and dealing with Management in the office I have to admit the reviews are accurate. Property Manager Rose was aware of an appointment that was set for me at 1:00pm I arrived to the office and waited my due diligence as the office was closed. at 1:30pm Office Manager Rose, Jenete and Maintenance all arrived from a lunch break. There was no note at the door or a phone call. First impression was "Do you need help". I stated I had an appointment at 1:00pm and it's now 1:30pm and I am waiting for the office. Rose stated "oh sorry we were at lunch". I noticed that my print out appointment was on her desk and she stated "I was aware but lunch needed to happen". I need express my point as she began to bully me but as a person with experience is dealing with unprofessiona

Rose was very rude. I scheduled an appointment with her and she was in the office and had the doors locked. This was around 2/2:30 maybe and she finally came out after maintenance told her that I was waiting outside for over 30 mins with my 1 month old and 3 year old. She barely opened the door and asked if I needed something with an attitude. Decided to find something else after scheduling another appointment and her making me wait outside once again for over 30 mins after my appointment time. She gave me a list of things I needed the first time I was there and then once I got there a week later for the second time she said “oh you didn’t bring me bank statements” even though it wasn’t on the list.

Just moved here not too long ago, I am absolutely HORRIFIED at the pest problem this apartment has. There are ants coming from the walls and boring holes into the food in my pantry no matter how tightly closed I keep the food. The ants are EVERYWHERE. In the bathroom, the bedrooms, closets, the kitchen and everywhere outside. I’ve talked to a neighbor and im not the only apartment that’s being swarmed by ants. It’s getting to the point where my babies are waking up with bites all over them which is completely and totally unacceptable. Another really frustrating thing is that they close the pool on Monday AND Tuesday, really seemingly for no reason, they claim they’re cleaning it for both of those days but I look out my window periodically and I see no one cleaning the pools.
