Very unprofessional. Thy don’t answer their phones and they also took my application fee without giving me an answer on if I was approved or not! I went and got documentation that was needed and all just to get no response still from the office person. I wish I could get my application fee back because I didn’t even get a decision back and it’s been over a year btw. I’ve emailed you all countless times, no reply.

The leasing office staff are very professional and pleasant. Problems are well-managed. The buildings are always kept clean and the community is nice and quiet. The neighbors are kind and friendly, too. I can feel comfortable and secure here. Highly recommend!

Very nice and quiet place to live and very clean. You rarely see anyone outside unless they're coming or going. Please do your own research people will bad rate a business just because things don't go their way. If you ever see a tenant outside feel free to ask them about the location. I've been living here a bit over a year now and i absolutely love it. My apartment is so spacious and i love my patio and that the rails are really high. I feel really safe here and i even walk to Walmart and Dollar Tree because it's right across the street and everything else is really convenient.

My friend lives at The Woodlands Apartments in Albany, Georgia. She's had back surgery and a procedure. She can never get her trash in the dumpster without pain. The dumpster is "NOT" emptied timely and fills up. Once the dumpster is full the residents throw the trash on the ground around the dumpster. However, the maintenance guy that should be picking up the trash around the dumpster is "ALWAYS" in the office running his mouth. This makes me sad. You guys need to do better with taking care of your residents. I'd like to leave 0 stars but that's not an option. Hang in there Woodlands Apartments residents, I'm praying for you!

All the AC units are not put in correctly, so in the summer your AC will go out and they will not accommodate you for staying in a hotel. Don’t care about their tenants. They will loose your paper work and evict you. You will get sick from the mold in the AC unit.
