Sawyer Point Apartments

The leasing supervisor Mardi was absolutely amazing. Very professional and answered any questions I had. It was a very pleasant experience.

UPDATE: 12/17/2025 Went almost a year without internet until I posted a 1 star review here, but the issue has been resolved, and I now have internet infrastructure, so I've updated it to 3 stars. Convenient and flexible rent payment options are nice. Great area and it is mostly quiet although there are people with big dogs that they refuse to leash so there is that. Also, the dumpsters are not close or convenient which would not be an issue if you didn't have inconsiderate neighbors with unleashed pitbulls and Rottweilers. It's also clean too and the parking lot lines are new. Apartment is decent enough and all the appliances are in working order.

It's been very pleasant living in Sawyer Point Apartments. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and clean. The office staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The apartments are very spacious with nice size rooms. Overall it's been great living here and I would recommend Sawyer Point Apartments to anyone in need of an nice affordable place to live.

Enjoying my new home here at Sawyer Point. The staff here are amazing. Mardi ,Ashley and the other staff members made this a pleasant transition.
