Pine Ridge Apartments

Just recently signed my lease and moved in Friday. Process was smooth, great communication with the office staff. Manager went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend the property. Close to fast food and Walmart. Maintenance came fast to fix a minor issue. Entire staff has been friendly.

The application process was quick and smooth with no hiccups, and Winketha, the property manager, was very professional while also making me feel genuinely welcomed like family. The apartment itself was recently remodeled, so everything feels fresh and updated. Even with rent being on the higher side, I truly feel it’s a good deal considering the condition of the unit and the amenities offered. The property includes a pool and an on-site laundry facility, which are both very convenient. Maintenance has also been impressive—quick to respond and thorough when handling requests. Overall, I feel very comfortable here and look forward to continuing to make this place home.”

I lam a current resident and I can say that in the last few years I’ve had great, but realistic experiences with the property management. I am a responsible tenant, so I do my part, but I do hold property management to their part as well. And I can say that in my overall experience, and there have been a few real life instances in my personal life-I was not treated like just another unit #. There was real life solutions to my issues, and real life understanding that sometimes life be life-ing!!! I was shown Grace and given options that work for me as a tenant without judgment , but also keeping in my mind that it’s business. I feel safe in my home, I feel safe outside my home, and while nothing is perfect I can say that the property management is always available to address any issues and

Wonderful and great staff... All issues within the unit gets handled... Great community and well organized..

I was trying to find an apartment and as a college student it’s so hard to find one. It was the end of February and I had to move out by March 1st. As I was doing my application, the leasing manager declined me just because I had someone with me and she thought the person was staying with me not knowing I was finally able to make income to pay, but instead, she quickly declined me and didn’t call or email me about being declined. Instead I had to come in and find out. Please be careful on finding these apartments and never give up because now I am so happy on where I’m at now!!
