I hired The Real Estate Concierge in April 2025 because they are an African American-owned company with consistently high ratings. I was assigned to Hillary whom left the company after 30 days if being assigned to me. She was very kind but seemed inexperienced. At that time, I had two tenants paying rent. Unfortunately, shortly after they took over management, both tenants stopped paying. When my tenant paid on the 1st i would get paid on the 26 of that same month. They have no system in place they were going to my bank to make deposits. I received no documentation monthly at all. They also had a listing and i never got any feedback back.
