Woodland Park

6 months in, office staff is friendly and they’re pretty accepting of new residents. I moved into a two bedroom with my two dogs and had to spend over $3300 before moving in. Late fees are a little steep and regardless of communication, you’ll be hit with fees. Reasonably responsive to maintenance requests and various questions. Specifically, Lani was helpful and highly informative during an issue I was having.

I have been a resident here at Woodland Park just shy of 2 years and having a lot of great things to say about the property itself, but the staff definitely make it worth living here! Lani & Kailey in the office are very responsive and are willing to help in anyway they can! Anytime I have had any maintenance issues they have gotten resolved quick! Mike is quick at making sure he is completing the work properly and Van is always on property and always has a smile on his face! They have helped me in making Woodland Park my home!

First off considering this complex gives off Condominium vibes more than apartments is a plus. Very quiet even on weekends. Great place with wonderful management! Kaylee and Lani made our move effortlessly. We made the choice to rent sight unseen as my son was a precious tenant and were not a bit disappointed! The unit had a few minor issues that were corrected within the first few days of move in… these were things that would not have been known unless you lived in the unit..outlets not working etc…Maintenance is very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. And work orders fixed in a timely manner. Overall one of the best places to live in my opinion. The only negative thing is and it’s not really even against management is we don’t have a lot of responsible pet owners who will clean up afte

After 3 years living at this complex they had me sign a lease confirming zero pet rent for an ESA that was recommended by signed doctor's letter. Only to threaten to evict me for my ESA 5 months later. So I decided to move out. They charged me $2200 dollars up front just to put in a move out notice, plus responsibility for the next two months of rent ($2200), and on top of that a $997 cleaning fee because the money I put down to move in wasnt considered a deposit but a "move in fee". After 1 week they threatened to send me to collections. The practices of this place are shady and they will get their money. I was never late on rent and was a polite and quiet neighbor.

Live here 1 year and moved in due to the advertised “closed community”, however the gates were never in working condition. The apartment was in very poor condition with many issues they declined to fix such as clipped sinks and floors. When we had bad ice they only cleared off the front parking lot for staff and not the apartments roads. We were told 1 bag of ice salt was at the front to “do it ourselves”. Great location, but poor management.
