Icon at Broken Arrow

Lovely place to live!! My husband and I have lived here for 11 months and have no complaints! The application process and move-in were flawless. I've submitted a total of 3 maintenance requests and all were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction! The leasing agents, managers, maintenance crew, and porters are all professional, friendly, and work very hard! I've worked with Kimberly several times and she is always smiling, upbeat, and helpful! Our 3rd-floor apartment is beautiful and comfortable! The A/C and heat are efficient, much to my surprise, being on the 3rd floor! The pool, fitness center, computer area, and clubhouse are top-notch, and we feel more secure having a coded entry gate! I like being back in Broken Arrow and had previously been to The Icon in Norman so thats why we moved here. The community is fine, however its annoying that they promote using Flex to pay rent constantly that gives you additional days to pay rent and breaks it up, but then they put notices on your door threatening eviction every month, disregarding the flex arrangements and processing. So why push something like that, then threaten residents who use it?? Very frustrating.

When I decided to move into ICON, I was so excited to live in a complex that had beautiful apartments, and friendly staff that cared about thier residents. Thank you all for your courtesy and dedication to your professions. Thank you to maintence staff for thier prompt response t my requests. Kudos.

I have enjoyed my life here. Everyone is so nice. The staff in the office is friendly. The maintenance are really good about responding to needs especially air conditioning issues
