I can’t express how much we love our custom home! Hoffman Homes has a wonderful team from the first meeting to the finished product. The build process was super easy. The sales team, architects, the design team, the building team were all wonderful and easy to work with! Thank you Hoffman Homes!

Not happy with quality of my home or responsiveness of builder in correcting problems. One story when they are selling, something else when they are building. They talk a good story but don’t deliver. Latest example is of a garden gate the charged me $1500 for. Should have had wrought iron installed in arch, was stained the wrong color and then fell apart. See pictures below: Many things missed during construction and many quality issues. Pictures with captions describe some of these issues. Concrete streets are crumbling and builder is collecting $10000 a month or more in homeowners association dues but has not established an escrow account.

It was a pleasure working with Hoffman Homes and Lorri Williams! They went above and beyond to be accommodating. I love my new home!

I wanted to let you know how incredibly pleased I have been throughout the last year with the experience building a new home through Spectacular/Hoffman Homes. Everything from lot selection and deposit, design selections, construction, and follow-through at all stages of the process were fantastic. The vendors we worked with were also very kind and helpful. We absolutely had the best building experience ever! Spectacular Homes is truly amazing - absolutely everyone you meet is professional and super nice. You definitely feel special - not just a number. Brad and his son Jacob did a fabulous job designing our home and helping us make decisions. Amy was the best interior decorator ever - she made picking out everything fun and easy. Wes was our construction manager and made sure things were done on time and done correctly! He ensured that our home was build perfectly. He thought of everything and took great pride in his work. I can't say enough great things about this company and ALL of the people that work for them. Extremely high quality people and high quality work. We love our home - thank you for making our dreams come true!
