Woodland Manor

I moved into Woodland Manor in February 2022 in a snowstorm & my experience here since then has been wonderful! Chuck & Jan, the caretakers are hard working people who made my moving in a pleasant experience. I love my apartment & the secured building. The laundry room is convenient, located just a few steps from my door on the first floor.It 's quiet here & I like that we have assigned parking spaces. I will not be moving any time soon!

The caretakers were absolutely disgusting. Jan and her husband, Chuck? were power-tripping pigs. He (Chuck) would often tell us that he uses corporal punishment on his kid. He pretty much kept implying that we should be beating our toddler. Our child was 3 years old at the time, and has always been well-behaved. He got mad that our son TOUCHED the grass. Keep in mind, this guy is a complete MORON...he was watering the grass...nothing else...to try and make it grow. He had the nerve to march his pansy ass to our door and yell at my husband because our toddler TOUCHED the grass. It was ridiculous. If these people are still the caretakers, steer clear! They are nosy, crazy, power-tripping pieces of crap.

Horrible on site manager. Nosey, verbally abusive towards any children on property. Chuck jammed his finger into a young boys chest for playing in the snow. Jan yells if the kids bikes are unattended for 15 min. Young mothers stay away... And stay off the grass even in the winter...

D.W Jones is by far the most professional management company I've experienced. The Ladies in Grand Rapids and Walker office have been more then accommodating when it came to our young family's needs! Thank you!
