Very easy-going landlord and management, and nice neighbors. Laundry machines are provided ($2 wash and $1.50 dry). Area has been know to be on the ghetto-ish side but recent changes in management and tenant acceptance has helped improve the area greatly.
Very friendly Landlord and residents seem to like it there.
