Sue and Danielle at Midland Title went way above and beyond normal expectations of a title company in handling our difficult probate sale. They handled documents and issues that were beyond what a typical title company would do and gave our closing the extra attention and expertise that was needed. This is my first time at a title company. I was nervous to say the least, but Joel took my hand and lead me to his office. He then made me breakfast, that included biscuits and gravy, french toast, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The crazy thing was, all he used was a coffee maker. I was still nervous, so Joel took me for a hot air balloon ride, then a carnival. After all was said and done, the work only took about 2 minutes.
