Drew from maintenance provided excellent service! He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. He arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and worked efficiently to get the issue fixed quickly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure things are done properly. It’s always a relief when maintenance is handled by someone reliable, and Drew definitely delivered. I really appreciate his help and great attitude. Thank you for the great service!

***** UPDATE***** I spoke to the office about the cats and the residents are getting so upset about the infestation that someone on the property is POISONING the stray cats! Also someone decapitated a cat in 2025. The current situation with poisoning the strays is very concerning because if there is poison around the property, there are people with dogs and they may become sick as well. It’s so sad to see that the office knows about this infestation and how much it is affecting the residence and they still are doing nothing to fix the issue. No traps no animal control. The office is actually praising the residents that are feeding these stray cats around the property because they say at least the cats are eating real food not poison. I have been extremely disappointed with the maintenance and overall responsiveness at this property. Within my first month of living here, my dishwasher did not work. I had to email, call, and physically go to the office multiple times before it was finally replaced. There was little to no communication unless I followed up repeatedly. Since then, I’ve had ongoing issues with both of my toilets running, to the point where this is now a weekly problem. When this happens, I am unable to properly use either bathroom. Work orders are frequently put on hold, and maintenance often takes days to respond to issues that should be resolved quickly. Emails are rarely answered, and I constantly have to follow up just to get basic maintenance addressed. I have never lived anywhere where I had to email

We Finally have a great Manager here that Really cares about Residents and Keeping the property nice.. Ms.BETTY is absolutely Amazing.. She works so hard in getting this complex back together..Lots of needed work and she is getting the job done.She has Absolutely made a BIG DIFFERENCE since she has been here . I truly Appreciate her And Thank you so much for All your hard work.. Drew is Awesome, he works so hard , he came here and went straight to work and he busted his butt I felt so sorry for him, I pray he stays with us… And also the maintenance Guy CHRIS came in and did some orders, He was Awesome and was quick he only been here approximately 2 to 3 weeks and he works hard and goes above and beyond and takes Pride in his job…

Maintenance guy Drew Halk came on a Saturday and repaired a faulty AC the part they needed was sent from the supplier but was wrong size so he spend many hours getting a part from an unoccupied intricate installing that. Ok it’s not new but it did the job. Thank you Drew, a very nice guy very friendly and made sure everything worked fine. Great job!
