Woodland Heights Apartments

I have been trying to reach management at this apartment complex for weeks. I get an automatic reply when I start an application, and it says if I have any questions, to call or email back. When I try, I get no reply. The phone number goes to a voice mailbox that has not been set up. It is impossible to get anyone's attention in management. At this point, even if I was to get through, that speaks volumes about what management would be like while living there. It's no wonder they have so many vacancies.

They look very clean. I put a application in for my dad and my brother. Just wait in to here something back. I moved him from desmoines want to be closer to my family! Really hope and pray they get approved. That would be so awesome. Would be perfect for my family. They applied for a 3 bedroom. 🤞🤞🤞 How hard is it to get approved and how long does it take??

Twice now in 3 months my mother has been called to rent an available apartment and then was cancelled on before the appointment because they’ve rented the apartment to someone else. Seems like there really is no waiting list. They’ll choose who gets to rent, regardless of what place in line you are. $50 background check scam is all it is.

I have lived here for 1 year and a half. Its a nice place most people are nice. Apartments are descent. And rent is affordable.

I have been living here for two years now and I like it wasn’t sure when I moved in, but I did found it very affordable the managers are pleasant and they have on site Maintenance and grounds It’s very lit up at night, and I feel very safe here and the people are very friendly too
