Newton Park Apartments

Lived here quite a few years ago and nothing has changed. We were promised new windows after contacting the landlord. The temperature in winter was 53 degrees so turned on the oven to attempt to get it up to 60. The landlord and staff attempted to retaliate on complaints like when too much rent was taken out of my account. Since only our apartment door had a lock, people would sleep in the halls outside our doors. Outsiders used the washer and dryer. Garbage was piled up because of a lack of dumpsters and trash pickup. Maintenance was very bad because they were unable to keep their help if they had any. It was like getting out of jail when I left. Good place to live. Management works hard for you. Takes cares of your needs. They work around the clock.
