Great place to live if you enjoy having your packages stolen on the daily! No cameras installed anywhere either because they don’t care. Don’t be fooled about the “free internet” because it doesn’t work. The complex has potential to be nice if it wasn’t poorly managed. Be wary of the made up pet policy too. The landlord is currently charging tenants illegal pet rent. So don’t fall for it like everyone else in the complex! Can’t wait to move out!
Lionsgate has a polished, upscale look with a down-to-earth sense of community. It’s the kind of place that feels instantly comfortable.
You can imagine the size of the units...they are priced over 1,000 a month. For that price they need a volleyball net and a tanning bed.
