Hands down the most beautiful quiet affordable place I could ever find in King county The management and maintenance here are understanding friendly and kind I've truly have found myself in a wonderful place to live highly recommend coming here and taking a look and checking them out especially when their new buildings open up soon

THIS COMPLEX IS A JOKE!!! I moved into this apartment complex because I was explicitly told it would be a safe environment for my cat and that I’d have a yard space suitable for him. Within a week of letting him outside, my cat went missing. A week later, management sent out a mass email warning residents about coyotes in the area and telling everyone to keep their animals inside. That information would have mattered BEFORE I moved in. I feel misled, and the loss has been devastating. Beyond that, living here has been an ongoing NIGHTMARE!!. Parking is constantly unavailable, the buildings are dirty, the laundry room is disgusting, spiders everywhere, and even lizards in the hallways. Power outages happen frequently, even without notice—despite the fact that other residents are warned and

Woodland Estates apartment complex has definitely made a big miraculously turn turn around a great improvements the manager assistant manager and maintenance are most wonderful people I have ever met I've been here for a couple of years now and love every aspect of this property it's beautiful peaceful and they're making a lot of improvements with the new buildings being opened up in August soon if you want peace and quiet and good working people who understand what you're going through and willing to work to make the property a better place to live I would recommend living here thank you to the staff you made my stay here a wonderful place

Been living here for 6 months now and it’s super quiet! I never hear my neighbors which is a huge plus for apartment living. All the residents here are extremely nice and management really does care about you and the property. It’s also an amazing place to live if you have a dog! Tons of room for them to roam in the back and the walking trails are a huge bonus.

I recommend this building with the fullest of 5 star ratings! I'm just at the end of my lease here and couldn't have been happier with my experience. I'm moving out of the area, but if I were remaining in Kent I would 100% want to stay in this community. Pros - The grounds!!! - This has been a major delight for me during my lease term. The building is surrounded on all sides by trees, and the grounds are well-maintained with a pond, a grassy lawn, trees, walkways, and lots of shrubs and flowers. The best part is that there is a truly lovely walkway at the back of the property: a raised wooden walkway shaded by trees, which then turns into a forest trail that leads to Lake Fenwick. It's been a delight to have that trail in our own backyard, and it's the thing I'll miss most when I leave. -
