I was very impressed with Andy's inspection. He was thorough. We had a sewer specialist at the inspection at the same time, and Andrew worked easily with the sewer inspector. Andy communicated very clearly. Since we were on site during the inspection, he was able to show us (and talk us through) some of the bigger areas of concern, as well as explain potential solutions to the issue. I felt he was very thorough with his work and his presentation. After the inspection, he printed the report right on site (portable printer!) and then sat and talked thru the report with us. So I felt everything stayed fresh in my mind - first, I saw it when he pointed it out; second, it was reiterated when we went through the report on site; and third, he begins his report with what he calls "Front Pa

Andy was extremely thorough and detail-oriented in his observations. He explained the implications of all of his findings in great detail and patiently answered the many questions I had as a first time buyer. I felt very comfortable that I was moving ahead with my purchase with open eyes. I tried another popular inspection company, but Andy has them beat in both experience and integrity.

I've hired several home inspectors throughout my life, and while I haven't had any bad ones, Andy Hodgins is definitely my favorite. He is very good at explaining not only what needs to be done, but why and how. He was very knowledgable, personable and professional. I highly recommend him!

Andy was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love the binder you get after the inspection with the printed report, files to track for future work you do on the house, and a annual maintenance checklist. It was all easy and highly professional.
