I’m writing this with genuine sadness because this community could be amazing, but the experience with the leasing office has become extremely frustrating. I want to say this straight up: stop the fake smiles. When you’re moving in, everything looks perfect, you’re greeted with warm smiles, and you feel welcomed. But after that, it changes completely. It has become almost impossible to find the leasing agent in the office. Most of the time the door is locked, and the phone goes unanswered. And when you do reach her, she talks over you and barely lets you speak even though you’re the one calling for help. That’s honestly hurtful and disrespectful. What makes us even more sad is the situation with the gym. She told us the gym can only be accessed when she is in the office… yet almost every

My family has lived here for a little over 3 years now and we absolutely love it! The kids go to East Hill elementary which is a 10 minute walk and we live no more than 7 minutes away from a grocery store no matter which direction you’re going. Surrounded by gas stations and very close to the mall, can’t complain really- a very convenient area to live in. Staff are friendly and do the best they can to accommodate you, especially Michelle, she’s very kind to us and always tries her best to help us out.

Arrive during lunch break as a walk in and Michelle stopped what she was doing to assist me. Unfortunately since I was a walk in and she had back to back tours, she couldn’t give me a tour but accommodated and had her maintenance give me the tour. Alex, did amazing during the tour and really knows his stuff and knows how to truly sell an apartment. Since it was out of my budget, I couldn’t move forward. If it was in my budget, I would rent here as soon as I could.

This place has been a home for my family & I for a couple years now. Never had issues. Best place to move in to, well taken care of forsure, Michelle is one of the reasons we love this place. She takes care of anything that’s needed. Maintenance also takes a part in living the place. They are always on top of everything. Landscaping right behind those two is always on point. Always keeps things clean & neat around the complex & they are very friendly as well! Parking is a plus. They have a great parking system which is also a really good plus to have. Family friendly home & very quiet. Love this place !
