Poor management, false advertising. These current reviews are a bunch of lies. Those reviews only refers to the 1905 building. Check on the 1935 units and around the entire complex then you’ll reconsider about giving these folks any money. Myself and other tenants got a whole list of issues and photos about this place. The worse one is during the flood we had last year (check out the KWQC news article about that incident). I will give props to the maintenance men cause they are wonderful and knows how to communicate properly. For the new tenants, keep y’all eyes open
I generally don’t leave Reviews, but I have to leave one now because the new property manager Ashley has gone above and beyond to help me, had a little issue in my apartment and went down to the office to talk to her and she was so friendly and Maintenance right on it! The old property manager and company they weren’t very friendly, but the new company that came in now are really doing goodbye everybody at the property lots of upgrades and finally starting to fix things. I’m happy this new company came in and brought people who care about their tenants.
Loving the new management! They’ve made a lot of great improvements. Ashly in the office took care of my maintenance request super fast — really appreciate it!
Love the new upgraded apartments. The new management is much better than the management that was here previously when my uncle live here they seem to be doing some property upgrades, which is nice and affordable.
New drain pipe and sidewalks.
