You! ±++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ We got a fake check in the mail for our house. It was an insult offer! Our house is assessed at over $200,000, they offered $154,910 and our house isn't even offered uo for sale! Our house is nice, we spent alot of money on it and you're acting like it's distressed and you're doing us a favor? Shame on you!

Dan was awesome. Called at 9 this morning . He came out to our home by 10. Great advice . Very helpful kind man . Man of character. Thanks Midwest homebuyers for your kindness .
