Kimberly Club Apartments

So far, we’ve only had great experiences with Kimberly Club Apartments! Our tour guide was very thorough and professional, including everyone in management we’ve talked to so far! They seem to make a great team, and take care of their residents, and anyone who takes their time to apply!

The apartments are clean and well kept in a nice location. Office personnel were great at moving the process along quickly to help me get as many benefits as possible.

The agent I dealt with was very knowledgeable. She assisted us in every aspect, viewing and choosing the apartment, the application process and sought to answer any queries we had. It was an awesome experience

I lived at Kimberly Club for six years and only moved because I bought a house. Can’t say enough about the staff and the maintenance folks. When you have an issue they are prompt and responsive. The gym was a big help to me and I enjoyed the pool. I can’t recommend Kimberly Club enough. I had rented all my adult life, my six years there were the best by far.

Spent the last 5 years here, enjoyed the property so much that we are moving into a townhouse at this location. Management and facilities are amazing and I would suggest for anyone come to the Quad Cities.
