Woodland Apartments

This place is very poorly run. That is very sad that the tenants have to live in these type of conditions with constant water, dripping rats in the walls and cockroaches coming into the door. I just wish that the landlord actually cared

Started living here with my family 4 months ago and there’s already 2 leaks in a window and I found a bubble of water on my ceiling from the roof leaking. Up stairs bath tub does not plug properly so all the water drains out minutes after you run a bath. Had to do a deep clean in the apartment before we moved in,found black mold which continues to grow even if I try to clean it with bleach water. Neighbors have no respect for each other, my sister got her bike stolen from one of our next door neighbors, we’ve woken up at 5 in the morning to people screaming at each-other. Worst place I think Ive ever lived in by far.

Whoever manages that place is amateur at best. It needs an overhaul, needs things repaired, and management should ensure tenants clean up the outside where most look like dumps. If I was manager I would..and have inspections.

Clean. Friendly atmosphere. Friendly people. Grandkids live here. Low income federal housing.

I was just there visiting. I just think some of their rules are ridiculous.
