This month they collected money 19 days late from the renter, informed me right away. I didn't see money coming to my bank account, my husband asked by phone, no answer, a voice-mail left said I would receive money on Tuesday or Wednesday. Today is Thursday, no money either. I checked on Owner portal, they didn't disburse to me, zero. 2 more days is the end of month. How hard it is to confront with late paying bills and debt. Last year, when their office closed for holidays, they sent many emails to inform for a single holiday. This month, they closed on the president day but didn't inform by email at all. Late paying money, but no apologies nor telling what's going on.

When we moved into our home, it was in unacceptable condition. The walls were filthy, covered with stains, holes, and crayon marks. There was dirt and debris throughout the house, litter and paint all over the floors, and overall it was far from move-in ready. The “new” kitchen cabinets were poorly assembled, made from cheap plywood, and not fully installed. The sinks leaked, the refrigerator was old and broken, and the freezer never worked at all. We submitted multiple maintenance requests, but it took months for most of them to be addressed—and some were never resolved. Communication with the property owner was extremely difficult; the only way to reach them was to repeatedly call until someone finally answered. Lackadaisical company to communicate with. 3 months since I moved in and didn’t get repairs needed to be done since day 1, Inefficiency and excuses are all that is left. So happy the property I moved into sold to private ownership. Blessing in disguise. And a happy ending to doing business with this company. And nice generous credit of $75 for March Rent and Owner knew property would sell by end of February. Well played Michelle.

They threatened to evict us the first 9 months we lived there because they thought we didn't have insurance. Send them a copy and they say thanks. Only to send an eviction notice the next month, and the next and the next. They never paid the water bill for the first 4 month living there, so the city tried shutting it off every weekend. They charged us 1000 for cleaning even though the house was returned in better shape than when we received it. I would have let it all go 6 weeks after moving out I ask them if we're getting part of our deposit back or if we owe, the owner replys, why are you worried. You must have torn up the house if you worried about your deposit. Big week long argument ensues, meanwhile she already sent me a check that Monday. They just wanted to argue for some reason.

I have been renting commercial with Oregon Bay Property Management for two years. This was a pleasant experience. All my needs were met. They’re very flexible and worked with me when needed, and I would highly recommend this company to manage My Rental or rent from them.
