Absent realtors (Sadena Abell) who put no effort into selling your home. They NEVER visited our house once they put it on the market (I live in CA full time). If they had they would have noticed that a tree had fallen in the backyard blocking the entrance and that the smoke alarms were beeping constantly (dying batteries). As a result of their inattention, my house sold under another realtor this year for $60k less than asking price. They put NO effort into selling your home. They simply put a lockbox on your door and wait for their commission.
