I'm a new resident and so far from what I've seen and experienced I'd rate woodhaven apartments 5 stars. From the start the staff have been attentive and very understanding! They make your comfortability and move in experience as seamless as possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place.

I lived here for 3 years from August 2022 to August 2025. When I left this place this last summer I had completely payed off all of my bills and fees, but WoodHaven apartments decided to throw some extra fees and not even bothered to let me know about it even though they had my email and phone number. In less than 2 weeks they had sent those fees to collections and it wasn’t until the collections agency started harassing me that I found out about the extra charges. This is a warning for the rest of you that are possibly enjoying lower rates from them that when you move out, WoodHaven might find one last chance to screw you over. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I wish good luck to all of you that are currently living there.

Bridget English was awesome to work with! She is the first person who has ever made our apartment application process smooth and stress‑free, and you can tell she really cares about the people she's helping. She double‑checked everything for us, kept us updated, and celebrated each step right alongside us. Very helpful as that kind of energy and attention makes a huge difference. We're so excited about moving forward and so grateful for Bridget's support, highly recommend asking for her at Woodhaven!

Woodhaven is such a great Community to be a part of -we enjoy it so much All the fun family events that they do monthly are a great blessing and are so much fun -All the staff are amazing ,wonderful and Caring. The Grounds are kept beautiful and living here has been such a relaxing experience for us. Thank you to the Maintenance crew for the fast and friendly service -Jonah in Maintenance always goes above and beyond and Julia in the office has been so helpful with so much. Thank you to all the staff for making Woodhaven such a great and safe place to live and enjoy..

Been here for over a month already and it’s been amazing! Both Brittney and Julia have been amazing with helping my husband and I get moved in and answering all of our questions. We love the quiet area and cozy feeling this apartment complex has to offer.
