I was referred to Caleb by my realtor as an alternative lender to the one I had already started working with. I had a few in depth phone calls with Caleb and the whole time he was kind, knowledgeable, fun to talk to, honest, and very upfront and helpful. Since I had already started the process with another lender and it was going to be a similar outcome numbers wise and service wise, I decided to stick with my current lender, but if I had not already gone with my current lender then I definitely would have used Caleb at Direct Mortgage!
