This community is gorgeous! I stopped by during an event & the model home was so beautiful. The location is so close to the highway & it has waterfront views so I was really impressed. I met a sales agent there named Ashley & she had so much knowledge about the neighborhood & the area around. When she told me the prices I couldn’t believe how low it was for the location. I’m still undecided about where I’m definitely going to buy but of all the new homes in the area this one stood out the most.

Catamaran Cove is a beautiful newly developing community in Rockledge Florida, by Ashton woods/Starlight Homes. Lovely 3 bedrooms Townhomes and single family homes overlooking a spectacular Waterfront view of Tuck A Way Lake. Just off the I95 , south of Rockledge off Fiske Blvd.
