*URGENT WARNING: AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS* (Posted July 5th, 2025 & Has Been Going On.) I'm posting this scathing review anonymously, knowing that my complaints will likely fall on deaf ears, but I feel compelled to warn others about the horrific conditions we're forced to endure. The following is a detailed account of my experiences, and I won't sugarcoat the severity of the situation. I have lived here for about 8 years now. First and foremost with my MAJORITY concern, our apartment is overrun with an astronomical number of roaches, and we're not just talking about a few stray critters. We're talking about a full-blown infestation that's akin to a plague. Worms, spiders, webs, and earwigs are also unwelcome guests in our home. We've been forced to shell out our own mone

This is one of the worst places I have lived in. The floors are uneven, they creak when you walk, things were broken when I moved in, the manager stated they would be fixed at some point five months later never fixed. The manager screams and cusses at renters, in person and over the phone. Manager wants rent paid on time but “he doesn’t have time to hunt everyone down to give a paid rent receipt to”. But can hunt every person down for late rent. The outsides of the buildings are falling off and not being repaired.

Do people ever actually throw their trash away in the dumpster or just wherever it lands? Got to be the trashiest place in Gainesville and management clearly doesn’t care. The trash has been building up for months and nothing has been done to clean it up.

Ive been libing in these apparments for a while now and i love it, the staffvis really helpful and accommodating. The only thing i would improve is a more neighborly atmosphere. While some are friendly while some might not be as welcoming.

Nice, and well maintained apartments, great neighbors, friendly and efficient management. Living there was a very pleasant experience.
