I absolutely loved their homes. I went there. It was raining, but Chris showed me around. He was very knowledgeable. I got to meet the general manager. I believe his name was John. this is a top notch company. I would highly recommend. I will be going back as soon as I get my income tax return super excited.

Make sure you ask for any hidden fees on your first visit. And make them produce the paperwork for such up front. They will spring a 21 page "The Meadows" HOA paperwork on ya when your heart is so in love with the home and land. I'm not 1 for anyone to tell me how to live, just not doing it. They really broke my heart into pcs. They are sells ppl so have your knowledge before you even walk through the door. Thank God I had not signed anything. Of course they are friendly and oh so helpful, but they are snakes in the grass. Call the zone 1 road department. Call the tax commissioner office, check on insurance... Be prepared. Do not buy from these people!!! They are great until they get their money, but when you have problems(and you WILL have problems) it’s someone else’s dept and they are never there and will not call you back. Trash customer service, trash home, and trash components with no available parts or solutions!

I got a custom build home, so many issues. They are quick to sell you a home and put it on your lot and take your money, but when it comes to services, they don't have time! Jennifer has been a nightmare to work with, I haven't had my AC installed and I have told them the electrical was ready since February 28th!!! I haven't received my closing documents either.! I never get a response from the GM nor Jennifer! The sales consultant Edward is awesome, but after the house sales unfortunately all services go to Jennifer. Good Luck getting an answer.!
