Willowick Apartments

These are really nice and big apartments. Rooms are huge. Nice and clean area. Only downfall is the neighbors are a little in your business. The landlord is extremely by the book. so its strict but nice if your a non drinking non drugs family who doesn't fight. you wont last long here is you have drama or people living with you who should not be.

Be careful. They excite you for getting approved. Forget to have you pay for app fee oh but not even tell you about it till a few hours after you leave money orders only no big deal take it to them and then never hear yes or no. Call call call call call no answer EVER you end up driving back over to get told you have mail coming to you, no thank you .. I think they really didn't have any available and this is how they make a few extra bucks. Well she acted like that.

Nice clean apartment. And yes they did have some pretty serious problems come up. And these people went out of their way to make damn sure that the problems did not exist anymore. I'm talking a complete revamp of every apartment involved with the problem got completely gutted and rebuilt. Good job guys.

Clean clean clean... One of the better managed properties in North Texas. The manager keeps a tight reign on things and takes care of the property like any owner would. Quiet area, easy access and did I say clean????? Yep

As an inspector I see lots of property's and this one is ALWAYS clean. The manager has always kept a tight reign on things which is a good thing and Hamelton Valleys policies run a tight ship which keeps things running smooth. If I were looking for an apartment in Gainesville this would be it.
