My experience with Woodford Homes has been extremely disappointing and distressing. From the very first day of moving into one of their properties, we were faced with serious habitability issues — including a roach infestation, rodent droppings, and mold. These are not minor inconveniences, but dangerous health hazards. Despite reporting the issues right away, the response from management was dismissive and inadequate. Pest control admitted that the home required multiple treatments and rodent bait stations, yet the company tried to downplay the situation as if it were minor or “localized.” Mold was also discovered in the property, posing a serious health risk — especially for my young child with asthma.
