Customer Reviews
I have had bad experiences with applying online for apartments in the past, I had recieved a great review about this place. I went into their office and I applied, scheduled a tour, the tour was very informative. I recieved a call from their Chicago office for further verification. The “agents” name was Lindsey. Lindsey was very hospitable, and efficient. We anticipated that we could be on the phone for weeks to get me approved for the apartment that I wanted, and to my satisfaction it only took 4 days! Look forward to being resident at this cool place!
**READ TO THE BOTTOM *** This apartment complex is a joke. I should have listened to the reviews before signing my lease. They will show the updated apartment which looks nice a clean. From day one, I had issues. I moved in Feb 14 for Ameren set on the next day, they charged me about $60 for not setting it up before I moved in…These apartments are not properly insulated. During the cold, you have to keep your heat at 70 or it feels so damn cold! When it reaches temp, it DROPS down immediately causing it to kick on again. My bill for a 2br 2bath was damn near $300 Not to mention for about 5 months, they kept over charging me for Ameren because of their 3rd party. For months I had to always provide a bill showing I had service to receive credit back so I wasn’t charged twice. The pool alw
We toured this property last month. We came to see an advertised apartment for a certain price, nothing was available for anything less than $500 more than the advertised price. Then we rode of the golf cart of death to view the unit, my son and I clinging for dear life so we didn’t fall out of the thing. We’re told it’s a “platinum renovation”. I tell the agent my budget and she shows me a unit that’s $300 more a month than my upper limit. There’s a poorly patched ceiling leak near the chimney, underneath the floor planks are coming up from water damage. The kitchen island looks like it was cobbled together in seventh grade shop class. This neighborhood has an awfully high opinion of its units to charging what they’re charging and frankly, it’s too much.
I don’t generally post about a place before I’ve lived there but I have to shout out to Lindsey Lorentz. She’s been helping me out with my application and we ran into a few hurdles. She’s been very proactive in reaching out to me and the third party companies they work with to get my application moving. She’s put a lot of time and effort into it. I’ve never had a better experience with the staff at any apartment complex. Thank you, Lindsey!
DO NOT RENT HERE This has to be the worst place I have rented in my entire life. First off lets talk about maintenance - or lack there of. When I first moved into the complex in my "newly renovated" unit that I paid extra for, the dishwasher didn't work. It took them 4 months to replace it with a working one. Then the ceiling started to leak. not a small leak but running water down my walls and having to leave a bucket on the floor bad. I submitted 6 work request tickets for the roof and it still took them months to do anything. Finally, the ceiling above my fireplace collapsed exposing rotting support beams and mold. What was their solution? Have a contractor put a very sloppy patch on the ceiling and wrap the chimney in a tarp. The tarp lived on that chimney all the way till I moved ou
