The landlord, Mr. Lee is the true definition of a slum landlord. He refuses to hire professional cleaners to clean the apartment. New carpet is needed or the old replaced. Do not move here! After you sign the lease you are accepting that apartment in its current state. Lee will not care if you inform him that you are not happy or satisfied with the apartment. I have lived at many places, this is the worse apartment! I have only lived here a couple of months and I have put in several work orders! Not one single thing was cleaned when I moved in; stains on the carpet, patches on the carpet that are not the same color as the rest of the carpet, stains on the walls, doors, dishwasher and refrigerator just stains everywhere! I was told my rent will be more from what I saw online because a dishw

Lovely community with a beautiful courtyard, Woodcreek Apartments is a quiet place to live. My family and I have resided here for more than 5 years, only had to move out because we were moving out of state.. The management and staff are kind and helpful. Maintenance gets things done in a very timely manner. I must say In the 5 years of being here. I have yet to have any major problems within my home. Keep up the good work! Grounds, most of the time are clean, neat and well kept. The only thing I have to say is that they service the parking lots every year and we had to move cars out of the parking lots. It is a little inconvenient, but we know it is good for the community, so we can live with it.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and the apartment complex is confidently located near downtown Ypsilanti. The apartments themselves are older but spacious and maintenance lives in the complex and is reasonably responsive. The rent is very reasonable for the area.

Living here for 3+ years with no complaints. Bus stops right near the driveway, comes every 1/2 hour weekdays, every hour on weekends. Laundry in the basement, one set of washer/dryer for 8 units, but somehow I rarely ever have to wait. Mostly quiet except the occasional car blasting music. Landlord is respectful of privacy, for example giving 2 days notice for preventive maintenance such as inspecting pipes and spraying for bugs. Maintenance guy lives on site, so problems are usually resolved within a day. And rent is more than reasonable for the area.

Rows of wooded area, but There is no tree upkeep or tree service done here. You can never have a clean car because crab apples, insects, leaves cover your car.
