Arbor Knoll Apartments

I have lived in my Arbor Knoll apartment for over 11 years and can definitely say that this is the very best complex I have ever lived in. The management and maintenance teams far exceed those of other places. In the summer the lawns and pool area are immaculate and in the winter they are out blowing snow and salting sidewalks extremely promptly. The best thing - the team does all of it in a very friendly and welcoming manner. They are always kind and respectful. I’m not going anywhere.

I am a current resident at Arbor Knoll Apartments, ypsi mi 48197. Have enjoyed living in my two bedroom apartment with lot of storage and well appointed. This is a quiet save community. The management staff, Sarah Keniston and Ava Parampil are very professional making Arbor Knoll a good place to live. The maintenance staff are very good and take care of repairs promptly. Mr. W.C.

Ava, Sarah, and the maintenance team are awesome. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Anything you need or ask of them it’s done in an extremely timely manner. I’ve lived in a few different apartments but in my couple years here I have a new standard for apartments. If you’re moving and Arbor Knoll is on your list, don’t bother looking elsewhere. Friendly, respectful, fun, and affordable.

My husband and I moved from New York, where we lived in a 2,200 sq ft house, to Ann Arbor area to retire. We didn't want the hassles associated with owning a house and a lower cost of housing without losing quality of life. We looked at several properties, but picked Ann Arbor because it has great floor plans and is a magnificently maintained property. We've lived here since November and are looking forward to spending the rest of our lives in Arbor Knolls.

I’ve lived at Arbor Knoll for a few years now. Overall, it has been a good experience and I recommend this place to everyone. I have made many friends within the community here, my neighbors are very kind and quiet. The pool is never busy, and the complex is safe to walk around in. The office girls are responsive, hardworking, and helpful. Maintenance work always gets done when it’s needed. The location is ideal for getting to Saline/Ann Arbor/Ypsi. Cons: A. My biggest complaint is all the construction on Michigan Ave, which can make it impossible to turn in/out of the complex. Not Arbor Knoll’s fault at all, and they try to warn you when the exit is shut down. B. They recently cut down a lot of trees behind the apartments and now we get more noise from the houses behind and the highway.
