Our family has had an outstanding experience with Michigan Property Managers, who manages the complex. They have always been very polite, professional and accommodating. We'd highly recommend this property. It's a really great location as well right on Washtenaw Avenue. Thank you.
Parkhill Apartments features large 2 Bedroom apartments, with 2 full bathrooms and very spacious, close to 1,000sq ft each. Conveniently located on Washtenaw Avenue, just east of Hewitt (across from Dairy Queen). Close to EMU, Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor. Parkhill features affordable rental rates for the area and a desirable location.
Large comfortable apartment at a great price with heat and water included in the rent. Very safe and quiet.
Very safe place to live. 10/10- would be a safe place to be for a zombie apocalypse
