I’ve done maintenance for a lot of buildings never won so specific about regulations yet violate so many of their own regulations. Beware of mice lots and lots of mice. They have mice and mice and lots of spiders and mice, spiders, spiders, and mice all over the entire buildings spiders and mice come in and out of them no matter what wherever they come from.

To the staff who love to be inconsiderate, belittle people with their tone, make false accusations and scope for makebelieve infractions, please don’t work with disabled people if you have no empathy, mentally ill people sometimes take their lives over things like this. Stop bullying your residents. Stop accusing residents of smoking 420 when they aren’t because some have medical documentation proving that isn’t true. Stop soullessly towing peoples cars without using the sticker you forced on them to find their apt and knock on their door and warn them. Most living there can’t even afford to pay for a tow, you’re costing people entire cars they can’t replace. Destroying livelihoods. Stop grasping at straws to inconvenience disabled peoples lives. People there already have nothing, the staf

Long review there is no central air, Windows drafty a bit musty smelling typical for an old building supposed to be non-smoking but you know how people are they smoke anyways. Have severe allergies living here not recommended. Office staff friendly at first but then difficult over time especially the building manager. Have any issues with the staff don't bother calling the company that owns the property they refuse to talk to you. Best to keep to yourself if you're going to live here. Lots of other issues too many to list. The rent is cheap though.

I lived there for a short time because once they find any reason to not like you they go out of their way to make it hell for you. I found a little hungry kitten and I was trying to give it a home. I was evicted the very next day. They enter my apartment without asking. I was not giving a chance to get the kitten out. they are greedy and they're not kind to anyone they don't like. During my miscarriage I had to deal with finding a new place to live over a hungry kitten.

I’ve been here almost a year, and only had issues with one nosey tenant, has been moved out now YAYY Anyway, love my apartment, no issue with any major reason, never had maintenance or office staff just appear in my apartment unless I needed maintenance, they do have inspection every few months ( no biggie) be prepared to have a window AC also. Overall, I enjoy my apartment and the few people I socialize with here
