River Raisin Apartments

Great place to live, and I feel safe coming home from work at night. The office girls are Great, they are always doing something special for the tenants, and they do go above, and beyond. The maintenance staff is also very good. We do have a pool, and a laundry room. I am happy to be resigning my lease for another year here.

I highly recommend this place. The view is amazing. They’re big on community. And Tina is an angel. I strongly urge everyone who wants to move in to recommend Tina as their leasing agent. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🫶🏽

The Leasing Office staff are friendly and come up with activities for the residents, like Taco Tuesday and Resident Bingo. Any time we had an issue, they took care of it. The apartments were pretty clean and we had nice neighbors.

Words don’t come close to how I feel about River Raisin! 10/10 experience; the property managers Holly and Tina have been SO kind and have supported me through the entire process of me moving in here! They never once gave up on me and were willing to go the extra mile to have me join the RR community. Move in here, you will not regret it! I am already at home. Thank you River Raisin!

Wonderful place to live. Spacious apartments. We have a pool. Laundry rooms. And my favorites are the staff. The maintenance is remarkable. The management team are awesome. They are always doing nice things around here. Incentives for us every month. Extras to like walking tacos for Taco Tuesdays. Love it here.
