Sterling Pointe Apartments

Messaged about a ad I saw on facebook and was approved the same day! They work with you to help you get in a place, I am a single mom and got into a 2 bed with decent pricing. Property manager Maryann is wonderful and good and fast at her job. I had to wait a couple days for a unit to be ready but they came through on their word and I had keys earlier than quoted. Unit is beautiful. Emily the groundskeeper was very welcoming on my first day and made sure I was taken care of. Also the maintenance man was very helpful, I apologize, I dont remember his name but very happy with my renting experience from Lakeside Living and my 4 year old son is super excited they have a pool in the summer! We lived there for a year, at first it was great! Never had issues, then the complex changed office manager and Then they changed ownership and you never see anyone in the office or are easily dismissed, phone contact nearly impossible!! The neighbors are extremely loud, even tho it's stated in the lease agreement no drugs the weed smell and drug traffic is insane, all night long at least in our building, package thief's and all you get are emails. The only 1 who will get 5 star is Al the maintenance guy he was always fast with repairs and cared! Rent was raised with no upgrades, also renovated apartments are poorly renovated, with paint on floors wall paint peeling storage room door put in wrong, and cabinets never cleaned before moving in.. found old kitchen utensils from previous tenant

I just signed my lease. 10/10 recommend. They work with you. I am in a tough spot in my life right now going through a divorce and I needed a home for my daughter and I. I walked in the office then within 2 hours I had the keys to my own apartment. My child is extremely happy here, I love how close the school is. I plan on staying here a long time. The apartment was extremely clean upon viewing and rent is very reasonable.

The place is amazing peaceful nice neighbors wonderful neighborhood. I am glad I chose This apartment to be my home, I rate five stars

Gracie was very nice at sterling pointe apartments . I really appreciate her patience and her dedication . I would recommend her for anyone especially if you are older like me
