Camille is the leasing manager and she is wonderful. Very helpful and runs a tight ship. I chose this location because of the proximity to my work and the remodeled units are amazing. A+

Very rude staff, repairs are not timely, and trash pickup is terrible. Pros: -Nice and pretty safe neighborhood with everything within close distance (McDonald's, CVS and Walgreens, gas stations, Walmart within a walking distance, highway 465 also close by). -Decent rent price. Cons: -Except for McDonalds, Culvers, and a few places, food quality lacks, and people here are just rude. -RUDE staff. The current manager is a nice lady, but the office girl and especially the fat maintenance guy is very rude with a nasty attitude. If you dont have a service attitude, you shouldnt work in service business. Maybe try working in a factory. Love Camille !! She’s so helpful and sweet, She made sure I had everything I needed and showed me more than one apartment to make sure it was to my liking !! (They were very nice and spacious ) recommend her to any one looking for an apartment!

If I could give this place double zeros I would. It's horrible please don't move here if u gotta find a motel it would be better. The dumpsters are always full with mice an trash. Nothing is updated very old an falling apart. The office does not care going to them would probably make it worse. This place needs to be shut down
