FYI Home Inspections

The gentleman I worked with was Josh and he was awesome. He communicated well and explained everything in a way that I could understand it without feeling belittled. We was very communicative during every step and even walked me through the site and made sure I understood the report. He worked with me on my schedule so that I wouldn't miss work and even texted "call when you can" so I didn't feel rushed. The important items he found he explained the importance or timeline of when it could be an issue. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to other people.

Josh Kimbrough is Awesome! Easy scheduling within beginning stages of closing. He's very thorough with all findings using detailed descriptions with pictures for us as buyers for our first home. Very quick responses, step by step communication through inspection report if needed.
