When I called the title company my realtor put me in contact with and could not reach her at any phone number, I called IndyLegal and the Incomparable Ms. Rendy answered her phone. She was the supreme source of listening, knowledge, and sound advice. At the time of my call to Rendy, I was not using their company for my title services when I explained my difficult situation to her. She heard me and helped me to understand what I was apprehensive about asking the people I had been in contact with for help. Rendy offered a sound explanation of my title and closing fees along with the industry requirements and regulations. She was SUPER easy to talk with. Her answers and insight put my mind totally at ease about this process. I am epically thankful that Rendy answered her phone this morning!

I enjoyed working with his title company as a lender. We had a rush situation where we had to get documents over and close on a Friday, which also happened to be the last funding day of the month. Rendy was so accommodating and we were able to get our client closed. I know other title companies don’t work like this and most cases to name a few, but I won’t. They were so amenable and helpful, particularly at the end of the month which for all parties involved they just wanted to get the transaction closed. I would highly recommend them for any purchase or refinance transactions.

Angie was our agent and her help was outstanding. We threw a few curves her way, and she was always quick to offer advice to steer us in the right direction. Then to come to Fort Wayne to conduct the closing was definitely unexpected. Angie took her time to explain all of the documents before signing and we enjoyed her company. They genuinely care. John Stafford is all about his clients. Angie Staples is very quick to respond with solutions. Highly recommend this service as they absolutely know how to process requests, searches and challenges. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days.
