I recently purchased my first home in Indiana, and I’m so grateful to have worked with Michael O’Rourke from Grandview Lending. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, but Michael walked me through every step of the process with incredible patience and clarity. He replied to my messages quickly, explained everything in a way I could easily understand, and was always kind, supportive, and genuinely looking out for my best interest. Thanks to his guidance, what could have been a stressful experience felt smooth and manageable. We came to Michael with a big problem that another mortgage lender created and he dove right in to get the problem fixed! His communication skills were top tier. He not only got our problem fixed but he was able to get us approved to close on our forever home in a very very timely manner! He made sure we got the best rate possible. He has followed up with us even after we closed.

I absolutely adore their processor, Lesley, and love working with their originator, Mike. Together they make a fantastic duo, and make the loan process as easy as it can get. Mike also shops the rates amongst a number of wholesale lenders, giving me confidence in the rate lock and saves me the time from having to shop elsewhere. Looking forward to working with them again as rates continue down further (hopefully sooner than later!).
