Woodbrook Apartments

I had to move urgently. I walk into woodbrook apartments and was greed kindly and very professionally by Corbin. i started my process with apply for the complex which was easy, i came in contact with Denise and she is an awesome communicator and instead of you calling them to check the status Denise call you to let you know the status of your application and that was wonderful. the property is very nice and i love it. Me and my children is filled with excitement. Thank you corbin and thank you Denise

Been here since 2018 Maintenance staff the best, Kristine is a superstar and recently returned Alex is the best. Overall quiet. ( if they can train certain residents who live second floor and don't stop their young kids who jump on floor after 10 pm many nights would be main reason I move.

If you are looking for an apartment where you get excellent service than Woodbrook Apartments is your new home. The Management Staff and maintenance are very friendly, efficient and professional; they get the job done in a timely manner. The grounds are kept up and Maintenance is out first thing in the mornings making sure there's no litter on the grounds. I have been pleased with the high quality of service at Woodbrook!

Woodbrook and the Staff here have gone above and beyond to help me get set up and ready to move into my apartment. I was going through some difficult stuff and was on edge and stressed about having a place to move into and call my new home, Kristina Williams the property manager really went above and beyond to work with me and make this as smooth as possible and was willing to work with me on my move in date. And for that I was really thankful for her help.

Alex was so kind. She walked us through everything. I want to give her a BIG shout-out. She's a big "10". Wish there were more people like her in the business world.
