The management is horrible-basically non existent and Willa the property manager can never contact us back. We have SO many problems. They fail to keep up with the property or fulfill maintenance requests. Black mold & water turned off consistently
Property management is horrible. They NEVER respond to maintenance requests. There is no office to go to. I think the new management is running business from their home. No one answers the phone at this so called office. My senior mom lives here and will be moving as soon as her lease is up. Apartments are old and need to be renovated. There’s no washer and dryer connection. They want to increase her rent by over 200 and the outside looks like the hood. Pot holes driving up into the apartments. Go elsewhere
Property management is horrible. Maintenance never shows up. Apartment complex looks like third world country.
I love where I’m at ,the property manager has been very nice and always answers my calls whenever I have a problem
