It is a nice property with friendly individuals running the leasing office, but they do the business great damage by allowing and contracting with Tip towing agency, then allowing the predatory towing practices to be applied to their residents. One time towed for being on the white line and cost me 600 to get my car. First occurrence after being there 2 weeks, my sister brings over some dishes and no quicker did she turn to leave and the Tip Towing was on premises booting her car because she did not sign into the parking app. They literally stalk the parking lot at all hours of the night like a bunch of prostitutes searching for their John. If you move here be prepared to fork over an additional atleast 1200. Like budget the 1200 for towing fees. 75 percent of current residents have expres

Ms. Roberta did a fantastic job showing us the property and spent as much time as we needed and more answering our questions. She was very thorough and gave us a good snapshot of what Life at the Woodbrook Apartments would be like.

I saw the listing for the Studio apartment on Zillow and requested to schedule a tour. They immediately called me because of my interest in the apartment and we scheduled a tour. The lady on the phone specifically told me Saturday at 10am and we agreed. I went today (Saturday at 10am) and saw a sign on the office door that read “Closed Saturdays”. No appointments should be scheduled knowing the office won’t be open. I no longer have interest after reading multiple similar reviews.

Hopefully this helps people looking for an accurate overview of this place coming from a soon to be ex resident. It's not terrible but far from great. I personally didn't have bad pest problems but from the day I moved in there were issues that I had to repeatedly ask to fix and ultimately call an inspector before anything was done (after a respiratory infection due to water leaks and mold I was fed up). The tow company that patrols the property is borderline predatory and even if you do what you're supposed to you still might be towed due to someone's mistake. Lastly, God forbid you get behind because the 3rd week of the month you get an eviction filled against you and that adds on an extra $500 approximately. I have sadly and personally brought many leases into this community, but I cannot support it any longer. The maintenance man, Timofey, has shown behavior around young women that is deeply inappropriate, and management — including women in the office (yes even the "sweet" ones with squeaky voices) — continues to ignore it. It breaks my heart to say this, but this property does not protect its residents or staff. What was once a place I believed in has become a disappointment. Everything that goes up must come down. Update: Respectfully, their response is not accurate. The issue was reported and documented. Saying there is ‘no evidence’ without addressing any specifics is deflection, not resolution. I’m always prepared to provide all communication for transparency. Thanks Unknown!
