My husband and I wanted to build a home from scratch so we could get exactly what we wanted. We worked with Emerald Pointe Construction, and they designed our dream home in Union County. We went with an open-concept 4-bedroom house with a big kitchen and a home office. Their Gemstone App let us track the progress, and the entire build was finished on time and within budget. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and I’m so glad we trusted them with such a big project.

Emerald Pointe built our custom house. It was not long after covid so we hit a few bumps from shortages and availability but they always came up with a solution to not slow the process down. Even minor changes along the way, they communicated and handled it and our house turned out exactly how we wanted. We were able walk thru an already built model to see and make changes to ours. They have examples and we got talk to actual subs about our vision. People say it's a difficult process but EPR made it easy!
