I visited the cottages of Monroe and completed a tour with Antone whom shared with me how easy the process would be to apply. He was patient and kind. When I began my application process Ms. Lita and the property manager Q were awesome. The were patient, attentive and helped me to understand my lease, as well showed me how to access the information needed for my application. Approval process was easy and great. Their assistance took the anxiety out of the process of filling out the application. Once approved Manager Q called to let me know the outcome. Ms. Lita checked in on me to make sure I was able to proceed with no hassle and prepared my Welcome letter. It is a pleasure to both work and live in this amazing community! Marc, Jackie, Heather and Joel not only make this an exciting neighborhood to live but also a great place to work . The level of professionalism from the office is something you could only dream of. I am truly happy to be any part of this community!

Yardly Monroe is a beautiful community. It is definitely giving other communities a run for their money. I was delighted to find out that each cottage style home comes with their own private backyard, where they maintain your turf! I have never heard of that before. On top of that each home has a pet door built in which I thought was a neat touch. To seal the deal the office is awesome and has communicated well with all of my questions. Thank you Jackie and Mark! I look forward to calling Yardly Monroe my home.

Everyone from the front office, maintenance, and the people of the community are very pleasant. It’s quiet. With two great dog parks that are well designed and full of obstacles and goodies for the pups. The house is beautiful and well designed. It truly allows you to use every bit of space you have. The little fenced in yard every house gets is amazing. It’s nice to have privacy and to let the dogs out in their own space. You have a pool and full gym. Each unit even gets a designated parking spot right next to their unit, which is awesome. My husband and I, and our two pups are very happy and at ease here.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Explained to us everything that would be included in our lease. We chose a two bedroom and the amenities in the units are just amazing. We couldn’t be happier with choosing the cottages of Monroe and was right in the price range for what we were looking for.
